I’ve spent the last 15 years in foreign trade — sourcing machinery and products out of China for buyers I mostly met only on a screen. Over those years I saw both sides: factories that overpromised, middlemen who went quiet after the deposit, and good buyers who got burned and gave up on China entirely.
I started Zhenbao Trading to be the opposite of that. We’re small on purpose. When you message us, you reach me — not a call center, not a rep reading a script. I handle every first order personally, because the first order is where trust is either earned or lost.
I won’t pretend we’re a 500-person corporation. We’re a focused team, and being small is exactly why I can stand behind every shipment myself. My name is on this — my LinkedIn, my office in Hangzhou, my face on a video call. All public, because you should be able to check who you’re dealing with before you send a cent.
Alongside machinery sourcing, I’ve also opened up a lighter-weight lane for smaller buyers — custom packaging, wipes, gifts, and more in small batches, for restaurants, hotels, and schools who don’t need a 5,000-unit minimum just to get started.
